Booking Policy
Thank you for your reservation. Customers are required to arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your reservation. Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time. We look forward to serving you.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable & cannot be redeemed for cash/store credit. The bookings is transferable to another person and cancelling participants can send someone to take their place. Semola reserves the right to cancel, alter or reschedule an event. Every effort is made to contact attendees in this event and the option to reschedule to another date is available. Semola is not liable for any charges as a result of cancellation.
