Embark on a 4-course truffle menu crafted by our talented chef, Nello. Each dish showcases the exquisite flavours of Manjimup Truffles, sourced from the renowned Blaker’s family business of Five Acre Nursery. The epicentre of truffle production in Western Australia.
Pairing the menu on the night is il Mercante’s boutique wines, handpicked by Antonio Brunetti, a connoisseur with a passion for wines from Italy, Australia, and New Zealand. Antonio’s extensive experience in the food and wine industry ensures a seamless fusion of flavours, elevating your dining experience to new heights.

If you have any dietary requirements, please advise at the time of booking. Please note that most can be catered for, so if you are unsure please contact our team in the venue.

Cancellation Policy
The cost of the menu + booking fee will be taken from your card at time of booking.
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event where the ticket price (minus the booking fee) will be refunded. Any cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
Semola reserves the right to cancel, alter or reschedule this event. Every effort is made to contact attendees in this event and the option to reschedule to another date is available or full refunds are provided. Semola is not liable for any charges as a result of cancellation.
